Content:                  The focus of Onboard Team Coaching is the assessment of                                      the current team under real working conditions with specific                                    emphasis on all BRM aspects. The team is observed and                                          evaluated during the actual operation, feedback is delivered                                    and, working together, coach and team discuss optimisation                                    measures. Actual examples from the recently observed                                          operation are used to increase awareness of attitudes and                                      behavioural patterns in order that they may be reflected upon.                                The advantage of this approach is the ability to respond                                          specifically to the requirements of each individual team                                          member. Meets current requirements of the STCW A-II/1, A-                                  II/2. The Bridge or Engine Team will acquire effective and                                        enduring skills that can be easily and readily transferred to                                      actual operational situations. We provide a level of skill                                          sustainability which exceeds other dry training or simulation                                    exercises.
